Advertiser Requirements
Operational and legal requirements to onboard and run campaigns as an advertiser on Webadgency.
Onboarding Requirements
- Create an advertiser account and pass account approval.
- Complete the credit and billing setup process.
- Accept Terms of Use and Advertising Agreement.
- Fund account by bank transfer with minimum deposit of EUR 100.
Campaign Delivery and Billing
- Bid on inventory through requests forwarded by Webadgency.
- Pay amounts stated in winning bids for delivered advertising.
- Request campaign pauses with at least 48 hours notice.
- Receive monthly delivery and performance statistics.
Creative and Traffic Compliance
- No malware, deceptive messaging, forced downloads, or ad stacking.
- No misleading click inducement or fraudulent traffic practices.
- No illegal, hateful, abusive or privacy-violating content.
Contract and Disputes
- Contract term is 12 months with automatic renewal.
- Either party may terminate with 3 weeks written notice.
- Refund decisions depend on unused balance and case review.
- Disputes follow meeting, mediation, then litigation under French law.
