Publisher Requirements

Operational and legal requirements to onboard and run as a publisher on Webadgency.

Onboarding Requirements
  • Create a publisher account with name, email, website, username and password.
  • Pass Webadgency account approval before using full platform functionality.
  • Accept Terms of Use and Publishing Agreement.
Delivery and Payment Rules
  • Send bid requests and select winning bids returned via Webadgency.
  • Deliver advertising placements according to selected winning bids.
  • Receive payments per winning bid terms.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: EUR 50.
  • Publisher payouts: PayPal or bank transfer.
Traffic and Placement Compliance
  • No malware, forced redirects, click fraud, or ad overlay without permission.
  • No inducement of clicks through incentives or deceptive formatting.
  • No publication of ads on illegal or objectionable pages.
  • Campaign pauses require at least 48 hours prior notice.
Contract and Disputes
  • Monthly reporting is provided on ad delivery.
  • Contract term is 12 months with automatic renewal.
  • Either party may terminate with 3 weeks written notice.
  • Disputes follow meeting, mediation, then litigation under French law.
